Preview :
The Karachi Kings have been the odd duck in the Pakistan Super League 2022 season so far. They have been the team that has just not been on the ball so far and has lost both its match very convincingly. It is now going to be going up against the Lahore Qalandars, its arch-rival in the PSL! Karachi vs Lahore matches are always fun to watch and we are hoping for a closer contest.
The Karachi Kings have struggled massively on the batting front and their strategy of loading the team with little-known English players seems to be backfiring. Joe Clarke, Tom Lammonby, and Lewis Gregory are all struggling to adapt to the Pakistani surfaces against some very good bowling attacks.
The Lahore Qalandars scored 206 in their opening match, an excellent total and one that most people would have backed their fantastic bowling lineup to defend. However, that did not happen and they ended up losing.
It was not a bad performance at all and a number of players played very well.
