The Guyana Amazon Warriors start as favorites in large part because of their batting strength. They have a number of players that are capable of starting very quickly like John Campbell, Shimron Hetmyer, Paul Stirling, Odean Smith, and Romario Shepherd. We are not sure what the role of players like Shai Hope and Jermaine Blackwood will be but they may not get to bat at all if things go to plan. The bowling could be a bit of a concern in this lineup. They have Smith and Shepherd, both of whom are international quality bowlers but often go for runs at the death. Gudakesh Motie, Veersamy Permaul, and Ronsford Beaton are the other bowlers in the squad.

St. Lucia Kings are a team that is quite the opposite of what the Guyana Amazon Warriors appear.
