Jamaica Tallawahs will face the stern challenge of Trinbago Knight Riders in Match 12 of CPL 2022 at Gros Islet. Tallawahs are in the second position in the table with two victories in three games. In their last league game, they could not defend their total of 163 and would look to come up with better performances. The likes of Brandon King and Mohammad Amir have been their best performers.
The Knight Riders, arguably favourites heading into the competition given their remarkable depth on paper, have not got going yet. The weather has had a say in that, with a wash out and rain-affected 80-run defeat to Barbados earlier in the week. Given conditions should be good for cricket today, Kieron Pollard’s team will be looking to create some momentum, particularly with regards to their net run rate which stands at an ugly -2.505.

Jamaica, on the other hand, have been solid.
