Pitch Report:
The pitch at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium offers a batting-friendly surface in T20 cricket with very little help for the bowlers in T20 cricket. The batters enjoyed high-scoring clashes in the recent PSL 2023 and fans can witness another high-scoring game on Thursday. However, it can also be a bit unpredictable at times, with occasional uneven bounce and spin as the match progresses, after winning the toss both teams want to chase here.
A total of around 200 will be a strong score for the team batting first.

Preview :
Pakistan will take on New Zealand in the fifth and last game of the five-match T20I series on Monday (April 24) at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. Pakistan won the first two games comfortably. But New Zealand bounced back in the third T20I to register a victory by a mere margin of four runs. New Zealand scored 163 runs for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs with the help of a half-century from Tom Latham. Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf picked two wickets each, while Shadab Khan took one wicket. Pakistan lost a couple of early wickets and had a slow start, as they could only make 54 runs in the first ten overs. They scored at a quick rate after the completion of the 15th over but fell short of the target by four runs. The fourth T20I was called off due to a hailstorm.
The fourth T20I ended with no result and now the final game on Monday will decide the winner of this series. New Zealand, however, in any chance will not be able to win the series but they can restrict Pakistan to claiming it by beating them in the last T20I.
