Namibia and the United Arab Emirates will face each other in the 10th match of the T20 World Cup 2022 on Thursday (October 20) at the Simonds Stadium in Geelong. Namibia have won one out of the two matches so far and are placed in the second position currently in Group A. They started their campaign with a win over Sri Lanka in a dominant fashion. The Namibian team scored 163 runs while batting first and then restricted the Asian giants to just 108 runs. However, they could not carry forward the same momentum in the second game against the Netherlands on Tuesday. Namibia scored 121 runs while batting first against the Netherlands and Jan Frylinck starred with the bat. Namibian bowlers, however, delivered a far better performance than the batters and managed to take the game to the very last over. The Netherlands did chase down the target with five wickets in hand.

The United Arab Emirates, on the other hand, have had a disappointing run so far in the tournament. The Emirati bowlers have done a tremendous job so far in the two matches but the batters have not managed to deliver in either of the game. In the first game against the Netherlands, they scored 111 runs in 20 overs and the Netherlands won the game on the penultimate delivery of the game.
