Chamindu Wickramasinghe Not Part Of ODI Series Against Australia

On 10 February, Sri Lanka Cricket Board announced their squad for the 2 match ODI series against Australia. Sri Lanka’s seam bowling allrounder Chamindu Wickramasinghe was not part of the ODI squad against Australia. The 2 matches ODI series will be played in Colombia. The first ODI match will be on February 12 and second ODI February 14.
Not Part Of Champions Trophy 2025
The Sri Lanka team will not play the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025 in Pakistan, which begins from February 19 to March 9 this year. Because their team ODI ranking is more than 8 at the time of after World Cup 2023. In the Champions Trophy only Top 8 ODI ranking teams qualify to play the Champions Trophy. They will play for their pride.
