IPL 2025 Will Resume From May 17, Final Will Played June 3

On Monday, BCCI confirmed that Indian Premier Leagues (IPL) 2025 will resume from May 17. IPL was suspended for the last 1 week after India v Pakistan accepted a ceasefire from the border. A military conflict between the two neighboring countries last week caused national security concerns, which led to the tournament's indefinite suspension.

BCCI statement on resume IPL after 1 week suspension. He said that “We are in close consultation with central and state authorities. Player safety is our top concern. Assuming there are no further escalations, matches will resume on May 17”.

All remaining matches will be played in Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru
The board has decided to focus on Delhi, Lucknow, Jaipur, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad in addition to Bengaluru, despite reports that the remaining tournament matches could be played in the three southern cities of Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.
The remaining home games for teams like the Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Punjab Kings will not be played in their assigned locations. On May 20, Delhi will host CSK's final home game against RR, and on May 25, Delhi will host SRH's final home game against KKR. Neither of these teams has a chance to qualify for the playoffs.
PBKS will played their all match in Jaipur
After the PBKS v DC match was abandoned due to floodlight failure on May 8, the game was rescheduled for May 24 in Jaipur. In addition to the match, Jaipur will host PBKS's other two games.
