Conspiracy Against Mayank Agarwal In The Flight?

India's opening batsman and Karnataka captain Mayank Agarwal is admitted to the hospital in Agartala, the capital of Tripura. Mayank fell ill while traveling to Surat. He complained of a burning sensation in the mouth and throat. After this, he was admitted. The hospital administration said late at night that his condition is now fine and he is out of danger. He is believed to be discharged from the hospital on Wednesday (January 31).

Mayank has lodged a police complaint after being admitted to the hospital. He has alleged conspiracy. Mayank used a beverage, mistaking it for water in the Indigo flight. It was kept on his seat on the plane. After this, he became ill. Mayank has lodged a police complaint through his manager. West Tripura Superintendent of Police Kiran Kumar has confirmed this. He said that Mayank's manager has complained to the New Capital Complex police station.

The top police officer also said, "His (Mayank) manager said that when sitting in the airplane, there was a bag in front of him. He had not drank much but a little water, but suddenly, he felt a burning sensation in his mouth." He was not able to even talk and was brought to ILS hospital. There was swelling and ulcers in his mouth. Now his condition is stable."

What Did The Hospital Say?

The hospital had said late on Tuesday night, "This evening, cricketer Mayank Agarwal was taken from MBB Airport Agartala to ILS Hospital Agartala. He was experiencing some oral irritation and swelling on the lips. He was admitted after being assessed by hospital consultants in an emergency. At present, he is medically stable and is under constant medical observation.

'Mayank Was Not Able To Speak'

On Mayank Agarwal's health, Tripura Cricket Association Executive Secretary Basudeb Chakraborty says, "I got a call that Mayank Agarwal has been admitted in an emergency. Mayank drank the liquid from a bottle, mistaking it for water. Felt swollen. Hospital. Upon arrival, we saw his swollen face, and he could not speak.
