Court said- first give information about the case to Mahendra Singh
A defamation case has been filed in the Delhi High Court against former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. On which hearing was held on Thursday. This hearing took place in the court of Justice Pratibha M Singh.
During the hearing, the court was told that Dhoni's business partner Mihir Diwakar and his wife Soumya Das have filed this petition. He has not been informed about the defamation case filed against Dhoni. On this, Justice Pratibha M Singh said that before hearing the petition filed or taking other information, MS Dhoni should be informed that his business partner has filed a defamation case against him.
The court said that it is appropriate to inform the defendant number one i.e. Mahendra Singh Dhoni about the case. The court has ordered to send the information about the case through e-mail. Now the court has fixed January 29 for hearing in this case.
Dhoni has been sued for defamation by his business partner Mihir Diwakar.
A defamation case has been filed against Mahendra Singh Dhoni by his friend and business associate. The case has been filed by Arka Sports Company owner Mihir Diwakar and his wife Soumya Das. Dhoni had filed a case of fraud of Rs 15 crore against both of them in Ranchi court.
Mihir and Soumya have said in their petition that the statements being made by MS Dhoni are derogatory. He should be stopped. Apart from this, in his petition, Mihir has also requested the High Court to remove the news running on social media platforms.

In the case filed by Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Mihir has been accused of embezzling Rs 15 crore as a business partner. On behalf of Dhoni, a case of fraud has been filed in the Civil Court of Ranchi against Mihir Diwakar and his wife Soumya Das.
In this case, Dhoni said that he had signed an agreement with Mihir's company Arka to open cricket academies in the country and abroad. According to the allegation, Dhoni had withdrawn this agreement. Even after this, Mihir opened academies in which Dhoni's name was used.
