Jurel's father worshiped in the temple

Wicketkeeper batsman Dhruv Jurel and batsman Sarfaraz Khan made their debut for India in Rajkot. The third match between India and England is being played at Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot. Dhruv Jurel's father Nem Singh Jurel went to Mathura's Banke Bihari Temple and worshiped on his son's debut. Sarfaraz Khan's father became emotional. He was present at the stadium in Rajkot. His eyes became moist after the announcement of his son's debut name.

Sarfaraz strangled his father

Sarfaraz Khan, who plays Ranji from Mumbai, became emotional after getting the debut cap. He became emotional after meeting his father Naushad Khan and his family present at the ground and hugged them.

Sarfaraz's father was also a cricketer. He had reached Mumbai from Azamgarh in UP to play cricket. However, his dream of playing for the country could not be fulfilled. He had gone to Banke Bihari Temple in Mathura in the morning to pray for his son. He told that after coming out of the temple, when he saw the team list, he became emotional after seeing his son's name in it. Dhruv Jurel was included in the team for the first two matches. He was later included in the team as a backup wicketkeeper for the remaining three matches. Dhruv had told his father his ideal

Dhruv had described his father as his role model in an interview given to BCCI TV. He said in the interview that if I get a debut cap in Rajkot, I will dedicate it to my father. My father is my hero. He has supported me all the time. When I don't understand what to do, I talk to them. He guides me. That's why he will always be my hero.
