ICC selected T-20 WC Team of the Tournament: 6 players from India including Rohit, Pandya and Bumrah included
ICC has announced the Team of the Tournament for T-20 World Cup 2024. Six players of the title-winning Indian team have been included in this team by the ICC. Star batsman Virat Kohli has not got a place in this team. At the same time, no player from the runner-up South Africa team could make it to the top 11. Enrique Nortya has been selected as the 12th player.

Marcus Stoinis
Marcus Stoinis was Australia X-factor player in the T20 World Cup. He played brilliant innings against Oman and Scotland.
Jasprit Bumrah
Jasprit Bumrah was named Player of the Tournament. Bumrah took 15 wickets in the T20 World Cup 2024. His economy rate was 4.17, which is the best by any bowler in any edition of the T20 World Cup.
Arshdeep Singh
Arshdeep Singh was the joint highest wicket-taker in the tournament with Fazalhaq Farooqi with 17 wickets in eight matches. Arshdeep played a key role in India's victory in the final. He took the big wicket of Quinton de Kock at a crucial time in the match and then bowled a brilliant 19th over in which only four runs were conceded.
Fazalhaq Farooqi
Faroqi, the joint highest wicket-taker in the tournament, played a key role in Afghanistan maiden World Cup semi-final. His 17 wickets came at an impressive economy rate of 6.31 and the left-arm pacer put Afghanistan in a strong position by giving early blows to the opposition teams in many matches. He took 5/9 against Uganda in the tournament. This was his best spell.
