ICC Test Ranking, Kohli out of top-20 after 10 years: Rohit reached 26th position

India's Virat Kohli has dropped out of the top-20 and Rohit Sharma out of the top-25 in the ICC Test Batsmen Ranking. Rishabh Pant and Shubman Gill benefited in the latest ranking released on Wednesday. At the same time, Ravichandran Ashwin reached number five in the bowlers ranking.

New Zealand jumped one place to number 5 in the Test team ranking. The team pushed Sri Lanka back. Australia is at number one and India is at number two. Ravindra Jadeja remains at the top of the all-rounder's list. R. Ashwin is at number two.

Virat at number 22

Virat Kohli could score only one fifty in the home Test series against Bangladesh and New Zealand. He scored 192 runs in 10 innings at an average of 21.33. Due to poor performance in 5 consecutive Tests, Virat lost 8 places and reached number 22.

Virat dropped out of the top-20 Test rankings after 10 years, the last time he dropped out of the top-20 was in 2014 due to poor performance against England. In the same year, he returned to the top-10 by scoring 4 centuries in Australia. India is now going on a tour of Australia once again from 22 November.

Rohit reached number 26, Pant benefited

Ashwin loses among bowlers

After the Test series against Bangladesh, India's Jasprit Bumrah was at number one and Ravichandran Ashwin was at number two in the bowlers rankings. After the New Zealand series, Bumrah reached third and Ashwin at number five. However, Ravindra Jadeja jumped 2 places to reach number six. South Africa's Kagiso Rabada remains at number one and Australia's Josh Hazlewood at number two.

Jadeja is the top all-rounder for two and a half years

India's Ravindra Jadeja is still at the top of the all-rounder rankings. Ravichandran Ashwin is at number two, while Axar Patel slipped to number 8. Jadeja became the number-1 Test all-rounder for the first time in 2017, he regained the first position in March 2022. Jadeja has remained at number one since then.

India is the top team in ODIs and T20s. Even after losing the Test series 0-3 against New Zealand, India remains at number two in the team rankings. Australia is at the top. New Zealand has gained one position to reach number five. Team India remains the top team in ODIs and T20s.
