G11-Fantasy Cricket Prediction for Today's Match

The knee injury is the latest problem for Leach, who has Crohn's disease (a disease affecting the large intestine), the report said. Earlier, he could not play in the Ashes in England last year due to a stress fracture in his back.

Leach, who went to India as England's most experienced spinner, took part only in the opening Test in Hyderabad, which his team won by 28 runs. The 32-year-old spinner suffered severe swelling due to an injury on the field and could not play in the second Test, after which he had to leave the tour midway and return home.

"I'm going to have surgery to get the swelling out because it's not going away," Leach said. The knee injury is the latest problem for Leach, who has Crohn's disease (a disease affecting the large intestine), the report said. Earlier, he could not play in the Ashes in England last year due to a stress fracture in his back. Five years ago, in 2019, Leach had sepsis (a type of infection) during a New Zealand tour.

“It was very unfortunate,” Leach said. It happened on the field during the second ball of the first innings, so I was playing with a knee problem throughout the match. It will take a long time to recover from this. I need to get the operation done, and then, hopefully, I will be able to start playing cricket. I would love to play cricket and get some rhythm again. After the end of India's Test tour, England will play the next Test at Lord's from July 10.
