India A has won the Duleep Trophy 2024 title. The team defeated India C by 132 runs on the fourth day on Sunday in the last and final round. Shashwat Rawat scored a century in the first innings and a half-century in the second innings. He was adjudged the Player of the Match.

The winner was to be decided from the last round of the Duleep Trophy itself. This time the tournament was played in a new format. There were no knockout matches, the team that topped the points table was declared the champion.

In another match, India D defeated India B by 257 runs. On Sunday, on the fourth and last day of the match, India-D bowled out India B, chasing a target of 373 runs, for 115 runs. Fast bowler Arshdeep Singh took 6 wickets in the second innings.
