In the final of International Masters League 2025, Sachin's team defeated Brian Lara's West Indies Masters by 6 wickets. After the victory, legendary cricketers like Sachin, Yuvraj Singh, Irfan Pathan were circling the ground and accepting the greetings of the audience. This scene gave many memories to cricket fans, when Sachin used to be a part of the Indian team.
The final match was played at Shaheed Veer Narayan Cricket Stadium in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh on Sunday, March 16. West Indies Masters captain Brian Lara also batted brilliantly in the grand finale. There was no lack of enthusiasm among the aged players. The players kept creating an atmosphere in the field by hitting brilliant shots and taking wickets.
Great partnership of Sachin and Rayudu
India Masters, bowling first, stopped the opposition team West Indies Masters at a score of 148/7. While chasing the target, a 67-run partnership between Master Blaster Tendulkar (25) and Ambati Rayudu (74) strengthened the Indian team in the match.
Sachin's shots filled the audience with enthusiasm
India Masters surprised everyone with their batting, as Tendulkar and Rayudu reminded the packed stadium of the old shots for which these players are known.
Rayudu completed his half-century in 34 balls, while his second wicket partnership with Gurkeerat Singh Mann (14) added 28 runs to the Indian total. The man was out while trying to hit a brilliant shot off spinner Ashley Nurse. After that Yuvraj Singh (13 not out) came to the field.
