The Indian women's cricket team defeated West Indies by 5 wickets in the third and final ODI. With this, the team captured the series 3-0. The Indian team won the first match by 211 and the second by 115 runs. Renuka Singh Thakur, who took 10 wickets in 3 ODIs, was the Player of the Series.
In the match played at Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara, the West Indies team batting first was all out for 162 runs in 38.5 overs. In reply, India achieved the target by losing 5 wickets in 28.2 overs. Deepti Sharma gave an all-round performance. She scored an unbeaten 39 runs and took 6 wickets. She was selected as the Player of the Match.
