After winning the toss IndiaW came for the bat, and scored 342 in their 50 overs. Smriti Mandhana explosive innings of 116 in 101 balls with 15(4) and 2(6) in her innings  with the help of Harleen Deol, who scored 47 runs in 56 balls with 4(4) in her innings. Harpreet Kaur and Jemimah Rodrigues both had cameos of 41 and 44 runs and took the score 300+.

In the Sri LankaW bowling, Malki, Dewmi and Sugandika took 2-2 wickets each, but it was too late that IndiaW crossed 300+.

Sneha Rana’s 4 and Amanjot Kaur’s 3 wickets, SLW all-out under 250

Chasing 342 big score, SLW lost the first wickets in just 3 balls. Vishmi Gunaratne and Chamari Athapaththu, their captain manage the powerplay overs and make the partnership of 68 runs. Vishmi Gunaratne has scored 36 in 41 balls with 5(4) and Chamari’s scored her half century of 51 runs in 66 balls with 6(4) and a six. After both were gone, Nilakshika Silva scored 48 runs, but did not make a bigger impact on the game. In the end SLW all out in 245 did not play full overs. 

The game was on the hand of two Indians bowlers Rana who took 4 wickets and Amanjot who took 3 wickets and all out SLW under 250 runs.
