IPL 2023: Chennai beat Bangalore by 8 runs
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by 10 runs in a thrilling match of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Batting first after losing the toss at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, Chennai scored 226 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs. In response, Bengaluru could only manage 218 runs for 8 wickets.
Chennai Mathisha Pathirana defended 19 runs in the last over. He gave only 10 runs in the over and also took a wicket. Devon Conway scored 83 and Shivam Dubey scored 52 runs from CSK. At the same time, Glenn Maxwell scored 76 and Faf du Plessis scored 62 runs from Bangalore.
