IPL 2023: Gujarat in the final of IPL for the second time in a row
Defending champion Gujarat Titans defeated Mumbai Indians by 62 runs in Qualifier-2 of Indian Premier League 2023 on the basis of explosive innings of opener Shubman Gill (129). With this victory, Hardik Pandya's team has reached the final of IPL for the second time in a row. GT has become the third team in the league to reach the finals of two consecutive seasons.
The team, captained by Hardik Pandya, will now play the final match against CSK, playing under the captaincy of MS Dhoni, on the same ground on May 28. If Pandya manages to beat Dhoni, he will become the third team in IPL history to win back-to-back titles.
