RCB's playoff hopes intact

In Sunday's second match, Royal Challengers Bangalore, batting first, scored 187 runs. Delhi was all out after scoring 140 runs in 19.1 overs.

RCB now has 12 points from 6 wins and 7 losses in 13 matches. The team moved from seventh to fifth position. They now have to defeat Chennai in the last match to qualify.

Delhi also has 12 points from 6 wins and 7 losses in 13 matches, but due to worse run rate than RCB, the team is at sixth position. To qualify, they will now have to defeat Lucknow in the last match and also depend on other results.

Kolkata has a chance to strengthen its position at the top

Kolkata Knight Riders have 18 points from 9 wins and 3 losses in 12 matches. The team is at number one and has made it to the playoffs. By defeating Gujarat, the team can confirm being in the top-2, this will give them a chance to play Qualifier-1. Even if they lose, the team will remain at number one.

Bumrah has purple cap

MI's Jasprit Bumrah remains the top wicket taker of the tournament, with 20 wickets in 13 matches. CSK's Tushar Deshpande reached fourth position with 16 wickets.

Top run scorer of Virat tournament

RCB's Virat Kohli remains the top run scorer of the tournament. He has 661 runs in his name in 13 matches. After him, CSK captain Ruturaj Gaikwad has scored 583 runs in 13 matches.
