The squad also includes experienced Tim Southee and Trent Boult, with Southee named to play in his seventh T20 World Cup. Rachin Ravindra and Matt Henry are the only players of the team who have not played in the T20 World Cup before.

We have seen performances from some young players which is really exciting for the future of our team. And in the coming years we will give a lot of opportunities to these new players.
New Zealand will start its T20 World Cup against Afghanistan on June 8.
