New Zealand defeated Pakistan by 60 runs in the opening match of the Champions Trophy. Pakistan chose to bowl at the National Stadium in Karachi on Wednesday. New Zealand scored 320 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. In response, the Pakistan team was all out for 260 runs in 47.2 overs. In the run chase, Babar Azam and Fakhar Zaman's slow batting became a major reason for Pakistan's defeat.
