Mandhana-Divine laid the foundation of victory, Richa won with fours

Bengaluru's batsmen chased the easy target of 114 runs in a very restrained manner. The foundation of the team's victory was laid by the opening pair of captain Smriti Mandhana and Sophie Devine. Both of them made an opening partnership of 49 runs on 49 balls. After that the captain along with Elise Perry (35 not out) took the team's score to 82 runs.

Delhi team scattered after strong start

After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Delhi got off to a good start with Shefali Verma and captain Meg Lanning. Both made an opening partnership of 64 runs on 43 balls. From here it seemed that the team would score a big score, but as soon as opener Shefali Verma was out, the process of falling wickets started.
