G11-Fantasy Cricket Prediction for Today's Match

Saim Ayud, a Pakistani batsman, is not going to play in the Champions Trophy 2025, which will take place in Pakistan from February 19 to March 9, 2025, because of an injury. When Ayub was fielding in the deep third-man position on January 3, 2025, at Cape Town during the second Test match against South Africa, he twisted his ankle. Immediately removed from the field, he was later brought to London for specialist medical care.

PCB Statement

According to news from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Ayub is "progressing well in his right ankle fracture injury" and will continue his recovery in England. He will likely miss the entire Champions Trophy, which ends on March 9, 2025, due to a recovery period of about 10 weeks from the date of injury, according to medical tests.

Replacement Of Saim

Fakhar Zaman, a skilled opener, has been picked up by the PCB to the Champions Trophy team. Fakhar, who has been recovering from sickness and injuries since June, scored 303 runs in a domestic Twenty20 event in December, marking a noteworthy return. The team's campaign in the upcoming competition is going to benefit greatly from his aggressive batting style and match-winning talents.

Absent From Champions Trophy Pakistan Squad

Last week Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced Pakistan squad for upcoming Champion Trophy 2025, from Feb 19 to March 9  2025. In the square Saim Ayub was not selected due to injury issues.
