Few people in the history of one-day international (ODI) cricket achieved what Virat Kohli did in the third ODI of the India men's cricket team's tour of the Australia men's cricket team. His 14,234-run total surpassed that of Kumar Sangakkara, making him the second-highest run-scorer in ODI history, only surpassed by Sachin Tendulkar (18,426 runs).
