Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 Host India And Colombo, Begins Sep 30- Nov 2

The 13th ICC Women's Cricket World Cup will take place in India from September 30 to November 2, 2025, according to an official announcement by the International Cricket Council (ICC). India will host the famous competition for the fourth time; the previous three times were in 1978, 1997, and 2013.

Tournament Overview

In the 2025 Women's ODI World Cup, eight countries will compete in round-robin matches before moving on to knockout phases. There will be 31 games contested at five different locations in Sri Lanka and India.

Pakistan will play their all matches in Colombo

Due to recent political tensions between India and Pakistan, all Pakistani matches will take place in Colombo. If Pakistan makes it to the knockout stages, the first semi-final and maybe the final will be held in Colombo. The second semi-final and the tournament opening will be staged in Bengaluru, which is also where the final is slated to take place.
