<p>The mini auction of Women&#39;s Premier League (WPL) will be held in Bengaluru on 15 December. BCCI has informed the five franchise teams about the auction. There are vacancies for 19 players in 5 teams, out of which 14 Indian and 5 foreign players will be bought.</p>

<p>5 teams have a purse of Rs 16.7 crore, Gujarat Giants will enter with the highest purse of Rs 4.40 crore. The third season of WPL will start in January or February next year.</p>

<h2><strong>Purse limit Rs 15 crore</strong></h2>

<p>A team has a purse limit of Rs 15 crore. After player retention, the purse of the teams has been reduced. Delhi has a purse of Rs 2.50 crore and Mumbai has a purse of Rs 2.65 crore left. Bangalore has a purse of Rs 3.25 crore and UP has a purse of Rs 3.90 crore left. Gujarat team will enter the auction with the biggest purse.</p>

<h2><strong>6 big players will enter the auction</strong></h2>

<p>Team India has gone to play a 5 Test match series in Australia after 32 years. The first match of the series will be played in Perth from November 22, the team will then play a day-night test in Adelaide from December 6. The fifth and last Test of the series will be played in Sydney from January 3. To reach the final of the World Test Championship (WTC), India will have to win 4 Tests in Australia.</p>
