10 New Policies Of BCCI, After Australia Series Loss

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has announced the 10 new policies that aim to increase players performance, discipline in the team, and unity in team. The big loss came in the recent Border Gavaskar Trophy with 3-1. The performance in that series was a total disappointment for Indian cricket and their fans.
10 BCCI Policies
Compulsory Participation In Domestic Matches:
To continue being eligible for central contracts and national selection, players must play domestic cricket.
Family Presence:
Family presence on Indian tour would be restricted. In order to reduce interruptions, wives and girlfriends (WAGs) are only allowed on trips that last more than six weeks for two weeks, and seven days for shorter tours.
Travel With The Squad:
In order to promote team unity, players must travel with the squad rather than apart from their families.
Extra Baggage Regulations:
To prevent delays in logistics, there is a weight limit on baggage; players that break this limit will have to pay for their own expenses.
Prohibited on Personal Staff:
To make sure consistent support for every team member, players are prohibited from carrying personal staff on trips until allowed by team management.
Ban Personal Sponsorship During Tours:
To keep focus on cricketing duties, personal photo sessions or sponsorships are not allowed during series or tours.
Compulsory Full Attendance In Practice Sessions:
In order to promote an intense work ethic, players are required to travel together to and from locations and attend all of the scheduled practice sessions.
Not Allow To Leaving Tours Midway:
To maintain squad stability, players are not permitted to quit tours or series in the middle if mandatory.
Not Follow Rules, Ban From Domestic & IPL:
Discipline, including deductions from central contract retainers and exclusions from domestic cricket and the Indian Premier League (IPL), may follow violations of these rules.
Promote Unity and Discipline In the Team:
The main objective is to address problems that might have led to recent poor performance and to promote discipline, unity, and a healthy team environment.
