Jasprit Bumrah is currently a part of rehab at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru and has now started bowling there. Now if he does not go through any kind of back pain, then he will be seen making a comeback in the last two matches of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. It is noteworthy that the third match of the India-Australia series will start from March 1 in Dharamshala.
According to the news of Times of India, Bumrah has started bowling in the nets and we hope that he will be declared fit soon. Significantly, the result of this series to be played between India and Australia will decide the Indian team's position in the final of the World Test Championship. The Indian team has captured this series continuously for the last three times. Let us tell you that the series will start from Nagpur ground on February 9, while the second match will be played at Delhi, third match at Dharamshala and fourth match at Ahmedabad ground.
Jasprit Bumrah injury
When the Indian team went on England tour, Bumrah complained of back pain, later got injured and returned. Jasprit Bumrah could not be a part of West Indies tour and 2022 Asia Cup due to back injury. Although the NCA and the selectors hurriedly brought him back before the T20 World Cup, he was dropped again after bowling 6 overs against Australia.
Due to haste, a re-emerged injury ruled Bumrah out of the South Africa series as well as the T20 World Cup. After going to rehab, Bumrah was selected for the ODI series against Sri Lanka but was later dropped from the team due to pain. After this he was kept out of New Zealand and Australia (first two matches) series by the selectors.
