Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and chose to bat on Thursday at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, but New Zealand's fast bowlers proved Rohit's decision wrong. Indian batsmen failed to establish themselves in the swing and bouncy pitch.
