G11-Fantasy Cricket Prediction for Today's Match

July 18, 2025, Bengaluru, The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), its event partner, DNA Entertainment, and the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) are mainly to blame for the severe run outside M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on June 4, according to a harmful status report sent to the Karnataka High Court. During the RCB team's IPL win after 17 years, that celebration, the tragedy took the lives of 11 supporters and injured over 50.

Fail Management Issues During RCB Victory Event Stampede

Unlawful Event Planning

The government investigation claims that the victory event was organized by RCB and their partners without the required approvals, in violation of the 2009 Licensing and Control of Assemblies and Processions (Bangalore City) Order. The organizers did not obtain official permission and instead provided the police with an informal notice on June 3, which was more than the required seven days' notice. The absence of essential crowd control and safety details caused the police to publicly refuse approval.

Social Media Surge

The problem was exacerbated by RCB's social media efforts. Virat Kohli's video message asking supporters to celebrate was the culmination of the franchise's early June 4 post about "free entry" to a victory parade, which went viral across several platforms. In one case, announcing a limited number of free passes at 3:14 p.m. caused a huge surge, gathering about 300,000 people, well exceeding the stadium's 35,000 capacity.

Mismanaged Crowd Control

Organizers pushed forward after clear danger signs, such as people going through gates 1, 2, 6, 7, 17, 18, 20, and 21. Insufficient signage, poor gate management, and poor medical facilities were all present. The crowds became hectic, but that did not stop the planned march.
