Ben Stokes, who won England the first World Cup, is ready to return from retirement. English newspaper The Telegraph has claimed that Stokes is ready to help England to defend the ODI World Cup trophy going to be held in India. He will do a U-turn from retirement and return to ODIs. The newspaper wrote that Stokes is keen to play in the World Cup and if he is given consent by Jos Buttler, he will be a part of the English team in the World Cup.

The third international cricketer to return from retirement this month  

Stokes returns from retirement this month, he will become the third international cricketer to return from retirement. Earlier, Tamim Iqbal and Moeen Ali have come back from their respective retirements.
